Unsere Geschichte<\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n

Die besten Steuerungssysteme entstehen nicht in PowerPoints. Sie entstehen dort, wo jemand die Verantwortung f\u00fcr die Zahlen tr\u00e4gt. <\/p>\n

Christian Barte und Ilya Fedorkov lernten das bei einem grossen Telekommunikationsanbieter, wo sie gemeinsam das Kostencontrolling pr\u00e4gten. Sie erlebten t\u00e4glich, wie viel Steuerungskraft ungenutzt blieb, weil Technik und Management nebeneinander statt miteinander arbeiteten. Was als interne Aufgabe begann, wurde zur Idee f\u00fcr ein eigenes Unternehmen. <\/p>\n

2014 gr\u00fcndeten sie Centida. Seitdem bringen sie an einen Tisch, was in vielen Unternehmen in getrennten R\u00e4umen sitzt: diejenigen, die die Zahlen bauen und die, die mit ihnen f\u00fchren. Damit wir aus Daten Entscheidungen destillieren, die das Unternehmen tragen. <\/p>\n

Mistakes aren't a bad thing. Mistakes are part of life. What matters is how you deal with them.<\/p>\n

Don't jump on every hype. Not everything has to be done and implemented right away. Switch the brain on and take the time to think things through. The old virtues hold: 'Strength lies in calm', 'Do it once and do it right', and 'Do a proper job'.<\/p>\n

Don't look at things only in silos or in isolation, always keep the bigger picture in view.<\/p>\n
